All services & products rendered by GC Unlocks, are non refundable unless product could not be rendered. In which case, services or products not rendered may take up 24 hours to reflect on user's GC Unlocks account. GC Unlocks does not provide refunds other than Store Credits Only, no exceptions.

● Customers have the option of contacting us to clarify any service details before the purchase of a service.
● Customers are held responsible for understanding any and all details of a service before performing a purchase.
● Customers are entitled to a refund only if a product or service could not be rendered.
● Refunds will be provided as store credit only, no exceptions.
● Any service or digital product that is in process cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
● In rare cases, digital products may delay due to high volume of orders, in which case the orders may delay up to 30 days.
● Any digital products that are being delayed cannot be cancelled until server provides a response.
