We do not require your original sim card inside the phone. We do sometimes however, require you to have an invalid sim card or the sim card you wish to use on your phone nearby, in case it is needed during the unlock procedure.
If you order a Google Lock Removal, no sim cards are required at all.
If you order an IMEI Repair, no sim cards are required at all.
