    What is Mail In Services?

Mail In Services are services we provide that cannot be done remotely. This means, we will need the device in our hands in order to service it.

    How does it work?

If you live in Los Angeles or within a 10 mile radius, we can provide Pick Up & Drop Off option for you, which means, we pick up the device, service it & drop it off when the service is completed. If you are in another state, you will need to mail in your device to us, contact our live chat for our mailing address.

What are the Pros & Cons?

The best part about Mail In Service is the range of devices & firmwares it supports! We exclusively service the latest security on devices & our range of supported models expand noticeably.

The downside of Mail In Service is the time frame ranging from 1 hour up to 3 weeks depending on the device model.

    ¿Qué es Mail In Services?

Why you should NOT update your Galaxy S10 or Note 10 to the latest firmware.

If you own a Samsung Galaxy S10 or Note 10, chances are you are seeing the new update firmware message on your phone by now.

    The simple main reason is:

Your phone can no longer get unlocked!

That's right! As soon as your device is updated, the security patch date being introduced in firmwares of August 2021 or newer can no longer get unlocked remotely from carriers such as Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, Cricket & any other variants with their respective carrier.

    Can I downgrade my device?

We are sorry to say that you can no longer downgrade your device to a lower version. When a new bit is introduced, a rollback protection gets applied on the device, preventing it from ever going back to previous bits or firmware versions.

    What can I do?

The only thing we can do at the moment is just wait until the current firmware is supported. AT&T variants or any other phone that prompts an unlock code when an invalid sim card is inserted can still be unlocked via Unlock Code Method.

Ever wondered if your phone is eligible for our remote services? Whether it is a Network Unlock or an IMEI Repair that you are interested in, it is important to know if your phone can be done before doing anything.

So, how can you tell if your phone is eligible?

    The answer is YES.

So, what did the unlock do?

The unlock lifted any Network Carrier Locks the device had.

    Example:

A T-Mobile phone that restricts any other sim card not supported by the T-Mobile, this is considered a Network Carrier Lock which the Unlock lifts. Therefore, when an unlock has been performed, it may now accept other sim cards such as Sprint, AT&T, Verizon & so forth.

The unlock, however, does NOT remove any payments owed to the company the device pertains to. In the example above, if the device is from T-Mobile, any payments owed to T-Mobile still remains on the device, as does for any other carrier respectively.

If your intention is to unlock a device and NOT pay off any bills owed, then you may run into the company blacklisting your device; in which case, if it does happen, the Unlock still remains on the device but it will no longer pick up signal from any carrier belonging to the same country it was blacklisted in. If this ever happens, you may still use your device (as it is still unlocked) any where else in the world except the country it was originally blacklisted in. In the example above, the T-Mobile device may still be used outside the USA, but will never pick up signal inside the USA. The same is applied for any other carrier in their own respective country.

How do you enable USB debugging for all Samsung Devices in 2021? Here is a very simple 5 step tutorial.

The best part is, this tutorial works not only on the latest Galaxy S21, but on all Samsung Devices running on the latest android version, including the Android 11.

Step 1 - Go into your device Settings, then scroll down until you find 'About Phone'. Once you find the 'About Phone', be sure to click on it and continue on to the next step.

Step 2 - Locate the 'Software Information'. Once located, click on it and continue on to the next step.

Step 3 - Locate the 'Build Number'. Once located, rapidly tap on it 10 times, you will begin to see a small grey message on the bottom of the screen indicating that 'Developer's Options has been turned on'. If you see this message, you may continue to the next step. If for some reason this message does not appear, be sure to tap 10 times again but a bit slower this time and move onto the next step.

Step 4 - Click back twice on your device from the 'Software Information' to go back to the main Settings Screen or you can simply go to settings from the App Menu again. You will now be able to see the 'Developer options' underneath 'About phone'. Be sure to click on 'Developer options' and move on to the last step.

Step 5 - Be sure to turn on Developer options and then begin to scroll down until you locate the 'USB debugging' option. Once located, be sure to turn on 'USB debugging', a message will prompt and click 'Ok' on the message shown. With that being completed, you have successfully enabled usb debugging on your Samsung Device!

If you purchased a phone online, from a friend, or got a hold of a phone second handed, there are some chances that you might have stumbled across the Phone Not Allowed MM#6 message on your phone.

So, what does the Phone Not Allowed MM#6 mean?

This infamous message that appears on your device is a sign of your device's IMEI being blacklisted.

    What does blacklist mean?

When an IMEI (also known as your device's unique identifier) is blacklisted, it will not be able to place any calls, send text messages or pick up any signal from any sim card, even if the device has been network unlocked.

    Can it be fixed?

Yes! Here are a few options you can do to fix this issue on your phone:

    1) Contact the carrier which you are attempting to use the SIM from & ask them if they can update their networks to allow your device to be used specifically with them.

    2) Visit a local Retail Store & have them fix the SIM Card Reader.

Where Can I Download Samsung Firmware or ROM?

One of the most famous and FREE places to download Samsung Firmware or ROM is:

    Android File Host

I have a file already, where can I download Odin?

The Odin we have seen give the least amount of issues with any Samsung Model is the Odin3 V3.14.1_3B_PatcheD, which can be downloaded directly from the link provided by XDA Developers (special thanks to XDA user realbbb for the Odin)

    Download Odin Here

I have both the file and Odin ready, how do I flash my phone?

The first thing we suggest doing before you ever flash your phone is to remove your Google & Samsung Accounts on your device. Once you have removed all Google and/or Samsung accounts, you can proceed with the flashing.

If for some reason you do not remove your Google or Samsung Accounts, when the flashing is finished, the device will prompt for the login credentials to the accounts respectively. If for some reason you do not know your device Google or Samsung Account login credentials, you will be FRP Locked off your phone, which means you will not be able to go inside your phone again.

Once your file is extracted from it's ZIP, you will need to observe & see if the Firmware or ROM File has 1 or more than 4 parts. If the Firmware or ROM has only 1 file, when you run Odin, you will only need to load it into the AP part of Odin. If the Firmware or ROM has more than 4 files, you will need to load the 4 files into their own section respectively, example:

    AP (on Odin):

    AP_N975U1UEU1ASHE_CL16750803_QB25785566_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT_meta_OS9.tar

    BL (on Odin):

    BL_N975U1UEU1ASHE_CL16750803_QB25785566_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar

    CP (on Odin):

    CP_N975U1UEU1ASHE_CP13747044_CL16750803_QB25785566_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar

    CSC (on Odin):

    CSC_OMC_OYM_N975U1OYM1ASHE_CL16750803_QB25785566_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar

If your Firmware or ROM has a HOME_CSC, you can decide whether to select that on the CSC section or the CSC only file, on the example above we used the CSC only in the CSC Section of Odin instead of the HOME_CSC.

Keep in mind your files must end with tar or tar.md5 extensions only.

Once your files are loaded into Odin, you will need to place your device in download mode, to do this you will need to turn your phone off and disconnect it from your computer. When your device is off, press and hold the following buttons respectively:

Devices without Bixby Button or Home Button: Volume Down + Volume Up + Power Button

Devices with Bixby Button: Volume Down + Bixby Button + Power Button

Devices with Home Button: Volume Down + Home Button + Power Button

A blue warning screen will appear, press Volume Up to continue.

If your device is displaying Download Mode, your device is now ready to be flashed with Odin.

The next step is to run Odin, then connect the device (the device will be listed under ID:COM).

Tip: Be sure to connect only one Samsung device during the Odin process, make sure your USB cable is a Samsung original cable, other cables may cause issues interrupting the flashing process & may damage your device.

If your device is NOT showing up, you may need to download & install Samsung Drivers:

    Download Samsung Drivers Here

Tip: If your device is still not detecting after the Samsung Drivers are installed, try closing and running Odin again. If the device is still not displaying then change your USB Cable to another Samsung Original Cable. If your device is still not displaying after installing drivers and changing USB Cables, then either your computer port or your Samsung Phone's Port may be malfunctional.

Once your device is detected on Odin, we highly suggest selecting the following options under Odin's Options Tab:

[X] Auto Reboot is ticked ON

[X] Nand Erase is ticked ON

    [  ] Re-Partition is ticked OFF

[X] F. Reset Time is ticked ON

Any other options must all be ticked OFF.

Once you have verified all options are correctly selected, click Start on Odin & wait until you see a green PASS displaying, indicating Odin has successfully flashed the Firmware or ROM.

That is how flashing is done on Samsung Phones in 2021, we hope you enjoyed this tutorial & keep an eye out for further tutorials we will be posting along the way, enjoy.

    What is Knox Management?

Knox Management, also known as Knox Manage or Knox Mobile Enrollment, is Samsung's security feature available on all their Samsung devices running on Android Version 4.4 or newer. This Knox feature is usually seen on Companies or Organizations that use it's built in restriction features as to what can be and cannot be done on a Samsung Device. For instance, a Company that wants to provide Samsung Tablets for their employees to be used as devices for Business Purposes only, will gain the access to the following on a Knox Managed Device:

    - Limit the Use of the device (Cannot place phone calls, can only open certain web pages on the internet, strictly base it off Company Use Only)

    - Install Company Related Apps Only (You cannot install other apps that are outside the bounds of the Company's intended use of the phone

    - Restrict the use of Camera

    - Provide different restrictions to different users

    - Enable the device's GPS Location in case it ever gets lost

    - Lock, Reboot or even Factory Reset the Knox Managed Device

All these features will be available to the Company who uses Knox Management with the ultimate goal of limiting a device for business related uses only & if lost, lock, factory reset and power off the device rendering it useless.

    Can Knox Management be bypassed?

Unlike Samsung's Google Locks, Knox Management is considered to be a MDM (Mobile Device Management) Lock, which are currently impenetrable at the moment.

How is it different than Samsung Google Lock?

Very simple, a Google Lock can be removed, a Samsung Knox Management cannot. If a device is lost, a user may perform a Factory Reset, however during the setup the device will not proceed until WIFI Access is granted. At which point, when the device connects to WIFI, it will begin to download any & all apps permitted by the Knox Manage & if the device has been blacklisted, will not be able to proceed with the device's setup. Best of all, when a device has been connected to WIFI, the Company now has the location of the device & will have the opportunity to acquire it.

Absolutely! Your device is still eligible to be serviced, regardless of any payments owed on it. Keep in mind however, our services do not remove any unpaid balance you owe.

Instructions about unfreeze are meant for people who have purchased a NCK-PCK-DEFREEZE unlock code service. If you have purchased the NCK Only, this service does NOT include the UNFREEZE code. If you have FREEZED your phone, the unlock network code won't help to unfreeze, only unfreeze code will reset freeze phones.

Step 1: Determine the lock level of your Samsung

If you have ordered unlock codes from our website, you will receive an email containing something similar to the following:

NCK Only Unlock Codes look something like this:

    NCK: 12345678

NCK-PCK-DEFREEZE Unlock Codes look something like this:

    NCK: 12345678

    SCK: 12345678

    SPCK: 12345678

    Unfreeze: 12345678

Most networks only lock their Samsung handsets with the NCK lock enabled. Therefore you should only need to use this code when following the input instructions (see step 2). However some networks will have dual locks in place (whereby the NCK and another lock is enabled) or they may have just an alternative lock level such as SCK or SPCK.

It is best practice to be 100% sure which lock level is present on your handset, to do this follow these instructions:

Enter the following code into your phone with the current sim it accepts: #7465625*638*#

A menu will be displayed that will resemble the following...

    1. [xxx] Network lock

    2. [xxx] Subset lock

    3. [xxx] SP lock

(xxx = Value ON or OFF)

If only the Network lock is displayed saying ON then you will only need to use the NCK code with the instructions below. If you see the Subset lock value as ON then you will need the SCK code and if you see the SP lock value as ON you will need the SPCK code.

The unfreeze code we send you should only be needed if:

    (a) You accidentally freeze your handset by entering too many incorrect codes or not following our unlock instructions accurately.

    (b) Your handset displays the 'phone freeze' message whenever an alternative network SIM card is inserted into your phone prior to it being unlocked.

    (c) You see the 'return for service' message.

Now you know the correct lock level of your handset and thus the correct code required for input, you may continue to the next step.

If for some reason the phone does NOT accept the NCK, you will need the PCK code in order to unlock it. Sometimes both are asked so we highly suggest purchasing the NCK-PCK-DEFREEZE Codes.

Step 2 : How to enter my unlock code

The fastest way to enter your unlock code is to insert an Invalid Sim Card, making the device prompt a message asking for the Unlock Code.

Once the unlock code message is displayed, you will need to enter the NCK provided to you by us. When the device accepts the code you will see a message displaying: Network Unlock Successful

If for some reason you do NOT see a prompt message appearing after inserting an Invalid Sim Card, you will need to dial the following: #7465625*638*#

The code above will work on all Samsung devices, including those running on the latest version.

Step 3 : Enjoy your unlocked phone

Knox is not only Samsung's security on all their devices, it is also how they check if you have voided your warranty.

Many people do not know of Samsung's Knox Counter, or how to even check it. If the Knox counter is not 0x0, as shown on the image on the left, chances are, your phone has been tampered with & Samsung will no longer provide you their manufacture warranty.

How did I void my Samsung Warranty?

Knox Counter is usually triggered when the phone is attempted to be rooted. The good news, yet sad at the same time, is many USA devices (from the Galaxy S8 or newer) can no longer be rooted, meaning your Knox counter will usually remain intact. This however, means you can no longer root your device.

How can I check my Knox Counter?

To check your Knox counter, you will need to enter your device to what is considered Download Mode. To do this, depending on the device manufacture buttons, varies. Here is a list of how to enter download mode on your device:

If your device has no Bixby button or home button:

    Power off your device

Press & Hold Volume Down + Volume Up + Power Button at the same time for 10 seconds.

Let go of the buttons once you see a blue warning sign.

Press Volume Up on the prompt screen to be brought to a screen similar to the image of the left.

You have successfully entered download mode.

If your device has Bixby button, but no home button:

    Power off your device

Press & Hold Volume Down + Bixby Button + Power Button at the same time for 10 seconds.

Let go of the buttons once you see a blue warning sign.

Press Volume Up on the prompt screen to be brought to a screen similar to the image of the left.

You have successfully entered download mode.

If your device does not have Bixby button, but has a home button:

    Power off your device

Press & Hold Volume Down + Home Button + Power Button at the same time for 10 seconds.

Let go of the buttons once you see a blue warning sign.

Press Volume Up on the prompt screen to be brought to a screen similar to the image of the left.

You have successfully entered download mode.

    What is unlocking?

Unlocking is a service that enables you to use any other networks that are typically unavailable to your device, hence they are considered locked.

Take a Samsung S20 for example that is currently locked to Verizon. Once we unlock the device it will be able to accept any other carrier that accepts the device's IMEI. Once unlocked, you will be able to use it with other carriers such as Metro PCS, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T and so forth. It also enables you to use your same phone outside the USA, for any and all travel needs.

Once important key factor is, the unlocking service does NOT remove any payment balance due on the device. It also does not affect your contract in any way.

All unlocks are done factory based, so with us you don't have to worry about your warranty being voided or any unofficial tampering on your device.

How do I unlock my phone?

There are 2 types of category unlocks available for your device, depending on your carrier lock:

    1) The Device will ask for an unlock code when you insert an invalid sim card

    2) The Device will NOT ask for an unlock code when you insert an invalid sim card

The best way to check which type of lock your device has is to insert an invalid sim card & check to see which of these 2 categories it falls under.

Once you have which category your device falls under, you may proceed to the unlocks we have available:

    1) Unlock Codes

    2) Remote Unlocking Service

    3) Server Factory Unlock

What is the difference between unlock codes, remote unlocking service, server factory unlocks?

Unlock Codes are factory unlock codes generated typically within 72 hours & can be inputted when you insert an invalid sim card.

Remote Unlocking Services are unlocks done over the internet and are typically completed within 24 hours, however this is only a limited list of supported brands such as Samsung & LGs only.

Server Factory Unlocks are server based & may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to complete, however this does support a variety of brands not listed under the Remote Unlocking Services & Unlock Codes.

In the end, speed & supported models are the main differences between the 3 unlocking services we offer.

How do I know which sims are invalid for my phone?

You can use the chart below to view which are invalid sim cards for your phone, depending on your phone's original carrier:

Your Phone's Original Carrier Invalid Sim Cards for your phone
T-Mobile, Metro PCS AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, Boost Mobile,
AT&T, Cricket T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile
Sprint, Boost Mobile T-Mobile, Metro PCS, AT&T, Cricket, Verizon
Verizon T-Mobile, Metro PCS, AT&T, Cricket, Sprint, Boost Mobile

How do I know which service to use?

Once you know which category your phone falls under, you can proceed to placing an order with us by login in to your account & searching for the respective unlocking service:

If the device asks for an unlock code, you will search for Unlock Code services.

If the device is supported in our Remote Services Unlock, you may search for that unlocking option.

If the device is not supported by either the Unlock Code or Remote Service Categories, then you may search under the Server Factory Unlocks.

If you do not have an account with us, you can place your order by heading over to our main page.

What if I don't see the service I need to unlock my phone?

If the service you need to unlock your phone is not listed, we are currently not supporting the unlock unfortunately. You can always use our website chat to check when a service may become available.

You may simply dial *#06# on your phone & you will be prompt with an IMEI such as the following:

    IMEI: 351845635287415 / 04

You may ignore all numbers after the /, so in this case the IMEI is: 351845635287415.

We do not require your original sim card inside the phone. We do sometimes however, require you to have an invalid sim card or the sim card you wish to use on your phone nearby, in case it is needed during the unlock procedure.

If you order a Google Lock Removal, no sim cards are required at all.

If you order an IMEI Repair, no sim cards are required at all.

Yes, unlocking simply removes the network lock and SIM lock that are entered into the phones software when sold to you by the network.

However, if you owe any payments to the carrier this is not removed at all. If your phone is blacklisted, the unlock still remains, however you will only be able to use the device outside of the blacklisted country.

If your device has another type of lock, such as MDM Locks or Knox Locks, the network unlock will NOT remove this & the device will remain LOCKED until the carrier decides to unlock it. Do not order any unlocks if your device has these type of locks.
